Today, the first parts of our order recent order arrived at my office. A yellow carbord box with loads of tape around and some nice stuff inside. Due to the fact that it takes some time to solder the so called Turbo FETs into our cars, the shop sent some small parts first: the very nice looking TRP Mosler MT900 (White Body Set), which is required for the official PN CUP and which looks best of all other bodies (in my humble opinion).
Other parts been CS-Electronic MZ 1 Tire Cleaner, some connectors for the Robitronic Lap Counter Transponder, a PN Racing 43T motor and two extra-gifts from the shop we ordered: Romeo and Titan chocolate bars! Yumm! I ate both to give me a little advance to Flo in our ultimate Mini-Z battle and to keep my weight or course!
Is somebody out there who knows Conrad Electronic? I mean the big German electronic shop with millions of electronic toys for electronic nerds, like you and me! In this 'Shop' (well, it is in fact more like a warehouse!) we found some Tamiya Color Sprays (for plastic, not Lexan!) to paint our bodies (err, the Mini-Z bodies that are!) and some nice battery boxes to store the needed AAA batteries.
Now I am waiting for the remainder of the parts to start building my car, while Flo makes holidays in Italy! I am sure this gives me an advantage over Lil' Flo for the upcoming races!
